How to play it safe for an interview Measures Arrive 30 minutes early to the field. Find a quiet café, and relax your mind off the commute. Mint iced tea always does a good job. You may not get a job if your employer discovers how nervous you are. Just answer the questions the interviewer asks you. Employers are polite and usually do not insult. Do not try to confuse the employer. Be careful about what you say and feel that your job is online!
