All marine goods arriving in Chad must be covered by a CargoTracking Note (CTN) or Electronic CargoTracking Note, according to a rule set out by the Chad Shippers Council (ECTN).This requirement is in addition to the current one that states that a bill of lading must be attached to every piece of cargo
