The motorcycle waterfall is a unique transportation landscape of Taipei Bridge, and motorcycles account for a large part of transportation in Taipei. By replacing the parking space of the closed building and old façade in the small base of New Taipei City with motorcycle parking and residential space, the space can be utilized to the maximum benefit. The electric motorcycle responds to the environmental aspect of carbon emissions, and the building's interior has been angled to match the driveway and parking spaces, and the residential units also face the viaduct, so the noise is blocked by greenery wall. 「機車瀑布」是台北橋獨有的交通景觀，機車在台北通勤交通占了很大一部分，此設計將新北狹小的基地裡的封閉式建築與老舊立面的停車空間改為機車停放與住宅空間，可以將空間利用達到最大效益。並且將主要交通工具設定為電動機車，響應沒有碳排放的環保部分，而建築內部也配合車道與停車位做了角度調整，以及居住單元因應面臨高架橋的噪音來源也設置綠化植栽牆來降低噪音，在各方面思考多元化健康住宅的可能性。
