FINAL : DESIGN STATEMENT As the pandemic prolongs, people are getting more stressed by the day causing more people to turn to drug abuse. In fact, we choose to collaborate to Pengasih Malaysia and design this office level.

Pengasih Malaysia was an NGO that founded in the year 1991. As provides NGO that decide its cause to providing social services, licensed by the national anti-drugs agency of Malaysia. The NGO provides treatment & Rehab for addiction problems. They have also been active in local and international fronts on addiction disorder treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of various addictive behaviors for the past 30 years.

Our office level will be located in ON-CALL Tower B, level 2. Visitors or the user can choose to use the elevator in the lobby or bridge connected to the tower A to enter.

This office building will use natural elements as design elements, hence, I chose to use green as my color.to relate back to my theme. This will not only restore the environment of Pengasih Malaysia center, so that people can feel immersive,but also calm the mood of users.

FINAL : DESIGN STATEMENT This office building provides office area, treatment area and collaborative area, which can mee a is restricted to patients and staff, which greatly protects the privacy of patients. In addition, the treatment area provides two services, which are counseling and treatment. Patients can make an appointment and keep the appointment on time.

Besides, our collaborative and interactive area is open to the public. They can experience the multiple sensory stimuli brought by drugs here, and then alert themselves to the dangers of drugs. There will also be an sharing space here, so that everyone can communicate and learn with each other. This worker space is only used by staff and our staff in pengasih malaysia. There are not only office areas and conference rooms, but also shooting areas and sharing areas. We sincerely hope that this office building can let everyone experience the best use effect when using it.

REFLECTION

In this process, I will use the word persistence as the conclusion of my whole MLE. Every design process is often painful and stressful. We need to change the plan all the time and revise it again. In this day and night, with our endless yawns and dark circles that will never fade away. However, I didn't realize that I had learned a lot without realizing it, and I gained a lot in knowledge, communication and design, which was something that surprised me. Only by persisting, at the moment when I get the results, will I find that the road I have traveled before is actually worthwhile.

During this MLE period, I found that the biggest difficulty was communication. We must cooperate with other departments, which is of course very good, because we learn from each other. However, since all our discussions of MCO must be carried out on the Internet, we need to cooperate with each other and overcome the problem of wifi connection. In addition, many times, due to the conflict of time, our response time will be slow, so these will reduce the efficiency of all of us. Not only that, some team members misunderstand the meaning because of the language barrier, which leads to the wrong finished product, which also leads to a lot of inconvenience. However, we are working hard to solve these problems and we have succeeded in the end.

I'm really grateful to Jessie, my team leader, and Ocean, Amanda, Pinting and Zuxi, my team members. I'll always remember the time of staying up all night together, calling for 12 hours together and spending the Mid-Autumn Festival together. QUACKQUACK Group dabest!

To be honest, I think I am not suitable for this course. Because of the online course, in fact, the MLE program is not very comprehensive. Therefore, I hope that if there is a similar course next time, I hope it will be set up offline, so that everyone will have a sense of participation, learn more and have more opportunities to speak.

In this period of study, I should give 3 points out of 5 points, think that the course can be improved, and then I hope that all the handover things can no longer focus on the team leader, and team members must also participate in the handover part, so that everyone can know more about all the processes. I also hope that in this MLE course, we can also take part in architecture and qs courses, and learn their basic knowledge, which will be more convenient for discussion.

If it is an offline MLE course, I actually quite recommend it, because students can learn more knowledge and know all the processes besides people from other departments, which is very valuable. I think it will also promote a lot of inspiration during this period, hopeso.

In fact, during this period, I can really feel that I have grown up in many aspects, whether in design, psychological construction or performance, I have learned and gained a lot. But at the end of the day, a thousand words converge into one sentence, believe in yourself and never forget your original intention.
