The SeaLink Kangaroo Island Racing Carnival will return to the Island from Thursday, February 17 to Saturday, February 19 – much to the delight of locals, tourists and racing enthusiasts. The Racing Carnival is the largest annual event on the Island, featuring three days of non-stop fashion, live entertainment, local food and wine, and of course top quality racing - all just a short drive from some of Australia’s most remarkable natural wonders. Tickle your taste buds with the best produce the Kangaroo Island region has to offer and savour the excitement of live racing with two TAB race days on Thursday and Saturday (Cup Day). Friday afternoon enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Dudley Winery at the annual ‘Punter’s Intermission’ then Kick on at the Ozone Hotel or head off to Kangaroo Island Spirits. Kangaroo Island is only a short 45-minute SeaLink ferry trip away from the mainland, there’s no better excuse to explore Australia’s third largest island.
