This Guarantee applies to the STOPAQ products (STOPAQ Casing Filler) stated below with the mentioned filling record numbers, provided however that such product is applied as part of a STOPAQ® Corrosion Preventative Casing Fill System, which combines end-sealing systems according to the preparation and filling instructions, applied turn-key by Stopaq Oil & Gas Services: STOPAQ Corrosion Prevention Product

We, STOPAQ, manufacturers and suppliers of the STOPAQ® Casing Filler, guarantee that the STOPAQ® Casing Filler non-dielectric properties preventing an electrolytic path between casing and carrier pipefor a period of 10 years from the date of application (installation), provided that: 1.
the STOPAQ® Casing Filler is installed by Stopaq Oil & Gas Services B.V. and serviced by the main contractor according to STOPAQ® Application Procedure for the specific purpose of corrosion prevention of the cased pipe; and
2.
in accordance with ISO 16640
3.
the spacer between carrier and casing pipe are correctly centrally placed;
4.
the carrier pipeline is not operated above a maximum temperature of 35° Celsius;
5.
a watertight endseal is used at both ends applied according the instructions.
