Every individual agent (or team) is reimbursed 50% of their direct mailing costs up to $200 each month. Agents can be reimbursed for mailings that they send on their own or have professionally done.
Every agent is provided a fully customizable website, complete with home search capability, linked directly to their CRM. These sites offer builtin features for lead capture including complete (and ultra-customizable) landing pages for home valuation, buyer/seller guides, and more.
ListTrac provides online activity reporting for your listings including views, leads, shares, and favorites captured from major portals, broker sites, and MLS systems while keeping sellers informed with a weekly agent-branded report showing how their property is performing online.
An online transaction management system that takes the place of both ZipForms and Docusign. DotLoop integrates all of the standard forms with signature capabilities for all parties to the transaction. A variety of template packages are also available to further add to the ease of the transaction.

The public is aware that Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has been the #1 real estate company in Southeastern North Carolina for over two decades. Agents should easily be able to generate five more listings or sales per year due to Brand Recognition.
Five full-time IT Experts are on standby to resolve any technology issues that an agent may encounter. On average, they solve over 1000 agent technology issues each month!
Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has ownership in 5 offices along the South Carolina Coast, and is partners with Coldwell Banker Advantage, which has offices throughout central NC, including the Triangle and Triad. Agents make referrals from region to region regularly and many generate at least one additional transaction. Additionally, we are members of the Anywhere Broker Network and have real estate partners throughout the nation.
Once an Individual Agent or Team Leader reaches $7-9 Million in sales during a calendar year, they are eligible to receive a monthly bonus (between $225 and $325) to use as they choose for marketing of their business.
Once an Individual Agent or Team Leader reaches $10 million in sales during a calender year, they are then eligible to receive at least $500 per month to use as they choose for the marketing of their business.
Sea Coast Advantage is the dominant real estate company in every market that we are in. With offices up and down the coast, our agents are able to take listings and promote the office closest to home. Agents can use the conference spaces in every office when meeting with both Buyers and Sellers. Many large teams have dedicated agents in multiple offices.
All leads, regardless of how or where they were generated, end up with an agent. Management does not compete with the agents or receive incoming leads.
In order to close a deal, sometimes concessions may be necessary. Sea Coast Advantage will share in the concessions with the agents with their manager’s approval.
Sea Coast Advantage spends in excess of $500,000 per year to generate Buyer leads which, in turn, are passed along to leads teams. Over 40% of the company’s sales are in-house sales, so our Listing Agents reap the benefit of additional buyer leads being distributed to our agents as well.
Depending on the agent’s prior year’s GCI, every qualifying agent is eligible for $250$1,000 to use toward approved educational courses.
Sea Coast Advantage sells more new homes than any other real estate company. As a thank you, agents keep 100% of any bonuses offered by builders that we represent (less the franchise fee).
After completing 4 years with the company, if an agent reaches any of our levels 1-7 on Agent Earned Income, their split will never go below any level they achieve. They can go higher, but once they earn any level, they will never go back below that respective level.
Beginning on an agent’s third anniversary with the company, the agent is locked into a minimum level on the commission schedule. The longer the agent is with the company, the higher the level that they are locked in. From there, the agent’s commission level can only go up and never go down.
The optional Closing Coordinator Program is a huge time-saver and money saver for agents. The in-house Closing Coordinator handles most tasks from contract to closing. In many cases, agents have also been able to cut back on their own administrative staff.
