Staff Training Update

Juliana Leypoldt – Director of Human Resources

As many of you will remember, our Human Resources team has been working to offer more training opportunities to our employees under the mantle of Seabrook University Our goal is to both teach them necessary Seabrook Island Club job skills and offer courses that support their personal goals Focusing on bettering our employees’ personal lives, Seabrook University is excited to continue our 2023 GED program with five students currently enrolled

Providing access to enroll and complete the GED program will allow each student to better their personal and professional careers, as well as reach their unique educational goals!

There are four subject exams to complete to become GED certified These include Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies Each student was provided a personal advisor and tutor, online study materials, and access to GED Study Halls throughout their work week to set them up for success during their program

We are so excited for our Seabrook University students and their GED journey and hope to update you on their personal achievements soon!

Welcome our Seabrook Island Club Externs!

We want to give a warm welcome to our three Culinary Externs who are joining our Seabrook Island Team! Alex, Norah, and Mikele have traveled from The Culinary Institute of America in St Helena, California to join our culinary team for the Summer! They will be rotating through our various dining locations, as well as partnering with the Sous Chefs to begin their real-life experience in the world of culinary and fine dining.
