The cost of repairing/replacing the various parts for mailboxes & lampposts is as follows:
• Mailbox spring repair is $40.
• If the mailbox door casting breaks the cost to replace the door is $179.
• Mailbox and lamp post can be repainted for $70 for both.

• Water leak at Eagle Ridge Dr and Daniels. County owns the island, we do the irrigation. Not an irrigation pipe of ours, not any surrounding communities, Lee County Utilities says not theirs, plumber can’t cap without water shut down which we can’t find the owner to shut down.
Lee County is reaching out to a contact they have with Lee Utilities to come out
• 2 street sign posts broken off during storms and had to be welded and reinstalled on Majestic Eagle and Bald Eagle/Twin Eagle. Street sign marker that broke off on Majestic Eagle was lying by the post and someone stole it so a new street sign plaque had to be fabricated and new lettering is being installed once the paint cures. This cost an additional expense of several hundred $$ for new lettering and fabrication instead of just welding the street sign back on.
The street sign at American Eagle also came down last week and the welder has been notified and he will weld on new post and reinstall sometime this week.
