How to Access Your DEERS Record Online If You have a DS Login or a DFAS Login https://milconnect.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect/ If you do NOT have a DS Login go to SLIDE/PAGES 8-11
Step 1: Go to https://milconnect.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect/ Step 2: Click on the “Sign In” Button
Step 3: Click on the “Login” Button You can use either your DS Login or DFAS Login
Step 4: Click on the “OK” Button
Step 5: Click on the “View my health care coverage” Button
Step 6: Click on EACH Family Member and EACH “Coverage� Button to see current status
Husband Name (Sponsor) Wife Name (Spouse) Child Name (Child)
Step 7: Click on the “Update personal contact info� Button to review and/or make changes
How to Request a DS Login https://milconnect.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect/
Step 1: Go to https://milconnect.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect/
Step 2: Click on the “New User? Start Here” Text
Step 3: Click in the appropriate registration method circle and then Click the “Continue� Button
Step 4: Fill in the Registration Information and Click the “Submit or Continue” Buttons REPEAT this step for any following screens to submit your request for a DS Login
How you can locate the DEERS office closest to you for an in person visit https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/rsl/appj/site?execution=e1s1
Step 1: Enter Your Address and select the Radius you can travel then Click the “Find Sites” button to see DEERS Office locations
Step 2: Choose a Location and Click on the Location for more information on that DEERS Office
Step 3: More detailed contact information on that locations DEERS Office will display
Step 4: Click on the Tabs at the top of this page to see “Required Documents” you may need to bring and other Helpful Links
