Why Choose Us? We are a full service boutique design studio with a passion to launch, rejuvenate and elevate brands. At SD Marketing we specialise in creating modern designs across digital and print media. We offer Logo Design, Branding, Social Media Design/Marketing, Social Media Management, and Custom Website Design. We work with both start up and established businesses to bring their visions to life.

We believe that branding is the prime gateway to customer recognition and sales, in the knowledge that it is the first point of contact that a potential client has with a business.

Whilst it is common practice to try and do your designs yourself, if you are not a professional designer we’re fairly certain you’ll have to do it all over again further down the line. Yes, branding costs money, but it’s an investment that will continue to give back.

In the same way as you would create a business plan and seek professional advice to help grow and improve your business, professional branding will serve to strengthen trust from your audience and grow your market value. Branding should be recognisable and thoughtful. It should be part of your business strategy and it should never be rushed or done cheaply.

Q: When can we start?

Starting your project depends on what you're after and how our schedule is looking at the time of booking. We typically book a week or so in advance so that there is enough time to understand your design brief and prepare any necessary content to complete the designs.

Replying promptly to our emails and getting requested information to us on time will ensure that your start date is much sooner rather than later.

Q: Do you offer customised packages?

We sure do. We understand that every business is different which is why we allow the option to customise any of our brand packages to suit your needs.

When enquiring please let us know what you would like to customise and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: How do you accept payments?

We accept bank transfers. Your invoice for your project will be sent to you via email once we have received your design brief and commitment agreement. We generally require 50% of the full payment upfront to secure and schedule your custom design order. Once payment has been received we will then confirm your project start date and provide you with an estimated timeline for completion.

Q: What happens if I don't like the designs?

Prior to starting your project we take the time to make sure that we understand exactly what you are after to avoid any miscommunication further into the process. We offer 2 rounds of revisions with our design services so that we can take on your feedback and adjust elements of the designs that you do not like.

If after the 2 rounds revisions you are still not happy, you have the option of adding further revisions for an additional cost. If you wish to cancel your project completely, 50% of the total cost will be kept and the remaining 50% will not be required for payment. Please keep in mind no final design files will be delivered if project is cancelled and all drafts will remain property of SD Marketing.

Q: Why is SMM Important?

SMM allows you to reach a range of audiences, build your brand awareness, engage current and future customers, and generate leads and sales.

If you are not taking your socials seriously then you will fall behind!

Q: Do you have a minimum contract for SMM? We believe that 3 months is the right amount of time to start seeing results and to determine whether our agency is the right fit for your business. After the 3 months we will organise a time to discuss insights, our strategy and whether you would like to continue working with our team long term. However, these contracts are not locked in.

Q: What platforms does SMM Cover?

At the moment we offer Instagram & Facebook Management.

Q: How do you accept payments for SMM? Payments for SMM have the option to be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly via bank transfer. The first month is required to be paid for the month in full. After that we can organise a payment schedule that works for you!
