• Formal Local Authority approval secured

• Estimated 24 month period to building occupation

- 7 month fit out of tenant works (overlapping with shell)

• Car parking on site = 154 Spaces

• Service yard area = 3,450sqm

Scheme Delivery

• Dual access points through site – Segregated routes

• New Warehouse = 3,750sqm (40,365sqft)

- c50% increase space at Site 2 – ALL HIGH BAY

• New Offices within Block 7 = c2,000sqm (21,500sqft)

• Unit 3,5 & 6 Increased = + 130sqm (1,400sqft)

• Car Parking increase = 220 Total – 66% increase

• Service Yard Space = 5,770sqm – 67% increase

• 12 New EV Charging Points with Cycle Storage for 28.

• PV Power generation commitment to new roofs

• Designated Executive/Visitor Parking Area

• Covered Loading and Unloading areas
