FIRE SAFETY REGISTER ARSON PREVENTION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT

Take appropriate action to avoid any parts of the premises, and in particular storage areas being vulnerable to arson or vandalism by: • Ensuring the outside of the building is well lit • Regularly remove combustible material/rubbish • Not positioning external rubbish bins/skips/etc in close proximity to the building • Ensure the premises is well secured at the end of each evening • Encouraging Scouters and Scouts to report people acting suspiciously, • etc
