Our design team will work with you from beginning to end to help you pick out rentals and style them to your taste, as well as present ideas and create sketches + mock-ups.

This is for those who want help planning all the visual elements of their event (ceremony space, head table, table decor, dessert display, lounges, selfie stations, etc.). Full Event Design includes unlimited consultations.

This works for those who already have a vision, but want help planning one area that they are stuck on or just want to give extra attention to! This is often the head table, front of the ceremony, guest tables, or a cocktail party.

A LA CARTE RENTALS Have a design plan in mind, but just need the furniture & decor to make it happen? Then a la carte rentals is for you! Choose from our vast collection of harvest tables + chairs, bars, lounge furniture, rugs, lanterns, vintage glassware, and so much more! No matter your budget, we have something in our collection for you! All prices can be found on our website. Delivery is an additional cost.

02. Your rentals are unpacked, assembled, & arranged per your floor plan

03. Surfaces get a dusting + wipe down, the pillows are fluffed, and each piece perfectly placed

04. Once your event is all said & done, our team returns to retrieve the rentals

$200 Order Minimum for Delivery Delivery fees are based on drive time, mileage, and labor. Non-Event Design clients must provide a layout and directions. Any unexpected delivery conditions may result in an extra charge.


WILL CALL Will call pickup and returns are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 12pm. Please arrive on time to your pickup and return, as staff may not be available outside of your scheduled time. To maintain the integrity of our pretty pieces, all rentals must travel in a fully enclosed vehicle (no truck beds, open tailgates or trunks). Depending on the size of the rentals, it may be necessary to use an enclosed trailer. Rentals need be cushioned during transport - please bring packing blankets with to your pickup (regular blankets, towels, or sheets work great too!). Don't worry if you forget, you can borrow ours for $3 per packing blanket! To protect items from our collection from rain or dew, rentals must be stored inside overnight We take special care in packing our small rentals so they are safe for travel. Please remember that all totes and packing materials are property of Gathered's and they must be returned. $15 will be charged per unreturned tote.

WHEN YOU BOOK OLIVE, YOU GET: To choose from a selection of photo strip styles and customize a 1 inch by 1 inch space to include your name, event date, company logo, or any .png image! A professional attendant to welcome guests into the photo booth Professional lighting and equipment for high quality images The ability to print up to 10 photo strips per session and you can even ask Olive to text you the photo strip! A Showroom Attendant will be present for the duration of your rental for questions and assistance Doors open at the start of your rental period and close promptly at the end of your rental. Please account for time needed to set up & clean up Before the end of the rental, all dishware should be washed, sanitized, & left on the counter

So…. What do you do, exactly? That’s a fabulous question! Gathered is a rental shop specializing in boutique-style furniture. So, think harvest tables, velvet sofas, and one of a kind decor, rather than your typical plastic tables and folding chairs. Our warehouse in Moorhead is full - floor to ceiling - with our curated collection, which we lend to others to help their creative visions come to life! How does it work? Easy! You select the pieces you love from our collection. We create a proposal for you. When you’re ready, you confirm your order with a 50% initial payment. When your event date rolls around, our logistics and warehouse crew take excellent care of you so you don’t have to worry about a thing! How do I get a proposal? The best way to fall in love with our collection is to come check it out in person! Warehouse tours are available by appointment only, so just reach out so we can reserve an appointment time just for you! Can I hire you to help me plan my wedding? While we are not wedding planners or coordinators, we know some folks benefit from a little extra help. Using our rental collection as a palette, our Full + Partial Event Design Services help renters to plan the visual aspects of their events and help ensure beautifully cohesive vibes all day long. What is the average total cost of rentals for weddings? It's hard to nail down an average cost for weddings because people's needs vary so greatly depending on venue, guest count, and travel expenses. Some orders are as small as $200 or upwards of $10,000! For our design clients, we tend to see an average order of $3,000-$6,000. Can you help me set up decor that I didn't rent from you? To help keep our delivery crew on schedule and moving from one event to the next, we only provide setup services for items rented from our own collection. Do you offer payment plans? We do! A payment of 50% is required to reserve your rentals, and the remaining 50% is due 15 days before your rental date. The only exception is for our Event Design Service as the remaining 50% is due at the second design meeting for the Full Service, and the entire payment is required for the Partial Service to confirm. Can I pick my items up from you? You betcha. Our will call pick up and return hours are Monday - Friday 10:00am-12:00pm. Due to their delicate nature, not all items in our collection are available for will call. How much is delivery? Delivery fees are based on an hourly rate for our delivery crew + equipment and travel expenses. So how much it costs depends greatly on the size of your order and where we’re bringing it to! Once we have an idea of what your order includes, venue, etc, then we can put together a quote! How far will you travel? We typically service the Fargo, Moorhead area, but we love a good road trip! What happens if something gets damaged during my rental? We know that life can get messy, and sometimes our pieces get a little too much love, so a mandatory, nonrefundable damage waiver of 10% is applied to all orders (15% for will call orders) to cover the everyday wear and tear we see on our pieces. Damage caused by gross negligence such as pieces not protected from weather, or a groomsman who thought that sofa looked like a great dancing stage, is not covered.
