Scottish Women in Business (SWIB) is the leading networking club for women in Scotland. We are a very friendly and welcoming group of businesswomen, offering a wealth of experience from many different sectors of business – from sole traders to charities to corporate highfliers and everything in between.
While focusing on business, members build up long-term relationships and friendships, supporting each other and helping to promote and grow each other’s businesses.
SWIB has grown from strength to strength over more than 30 years. We pride ourselves on facilitating a relaxed networking atmosphere, enhanced by top-tier meeting and dining venues, motivational speakers, and valuable training sessions designed to sharpen business acumen. Catalyst of Change Award
The Catalyst of Change Award honours an individual, organisation or team that has ignited transformational shifts, driving progress and innovation in their communities, industries, or society at large. Recognising bold vision, strategic action, and unwavering commitment, this award celebrates those who fearlessly challenge the status quo, inspire others to action, and leave a legacy of positive change.
Woman to Watch Award
The Woman to Watch Award celebrates emerging women leaders who exhibit exceptional promise, drive, and innovation in their respective fields. Recognising their potential to make significant contributions and inspire future generations, this award highlights individuals who are poised to shape the future and redefine success through their vision, determination, and unwavering dedication.
Champion of Women Award
The Champion of Women Award honours an example of an outstanding individual, organisation or team that has demonstrated unparalleled commitment, advocacy, and action in advancing the rights, opportunities, and well-being of women. Celebrating their tireless efforts to break barriers, promote equality, and create a more inclusive society, this award recognises champions who lead by example, empower others, and inspire positive change in the lives of women everywhere.
