SUMMERSTEAMWORKSHOP

In this fun and interactive STEAM class, participants will explore the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math! Through hands-on activities and creative projects, they’ll learn how these subjects come together to solve real-world problems. From building simple machines to experimenting with art and design, kids will spark their curiosity and develop problem-solving skills. It’s all about having fun while learning and discovering how STEAM shapes the world around us! This class is specifically designed for participants with unique needs or disabilities. Class size will be capped at 8 participants to ensureasmalllearningenvironmentandindividualizedattention.

Get ready to spark curiosity and creativity as students dive into the world of clean, green energy! In this exciting hands-on session, kids will learn about the power of the sun, wind, water, and more then put their knowledge into action by building their own mini solar ovens, exploring eco solutions through Ozobot coding, and explore real world problems!

Dive into the world of clean, green energy in this hands-on lab activity. Participants will explore green chemistry by creating a biodegradable plastic using common kitchen ingredients This introduces the concept of bioplastics plastics made from renewable resources like plants, instead of petroleum and encourages discussion on how chemistry can support sustainability.
