The realm of human experience is vast, but our ability to inspire creative influence of the future is narrow, and so with joy we celebrate each time new information removes obstacles of understanding and compels us to reach ever forward to higher levels of awareness. If Marko Rodin has achieved immortality, it is through his work. The test is simple, a hundred or a thousand years from now will the story of what you did be possible to tell without you? In the case of Marko, he and Vortex Based Mathematics are inextricably linked.

I first met Marko Rodin in 1995 in Koloa, a sleepy sugar mill turned tourist town on the south shore of Kaua’i. Inside an old Hawaiian plantation shack resonating with the sound of running water from makeshift paint bucket fountains, Marko explained to me his discovery. He called it the Fingerprint of God, a distinct number pattern that could be modeled onto a torus, and the implications would help

humanity evolve into a utopian society. Instantly I had found a kindred spirit.

Earl Bakken, inventor of the pacemaker, and a fan of Marko’s, had just donated a top of the line SiliconGraphics computer workstation to the cause. We stood there admiring the expensive marvel of computational power, wondering how we would ever find an operator in a place where people didn’t even wear shoes. Alas, that person was recruited the following week at a raw food potluck on the beach. This is the level of synchronicity I have witnessed in Marko’s life for 25+ years. The universe has always been kind to Marko. A beatific tapestry of helpers have come in and out of the picture over the years, each lending their own unique gifts to assist in the unfolding of this discovery.

The sophisticatedly altruistic know that direction is far more important than speed. Good things take time. In this case, Marko has been unwavering, proli fi c and uncompromising in promoting his discovery of a living math that underlies our temporal reality. His goal has always been to refuse all profit and glory and give away as much as he can. It has taken more than forty years to properly explain the significance of what is being given.

I asked Marko once about his motivation, the when, why, and how. Marko grew up in Beverly Hills and Palm Springs. His family owned a number of famous tennis clubs. As a boy, he may have taken for granted Sunday backyard barbecues with moguls and movie stars. In his youth he ran wild in the Hollywood Hills. But as a teenager, he began to slowly disconnect from the material world and the desires of his age. He became obsessed with just one intangible thing, a deep otherworldly yearning to understand the secret of intelligence . One day when he was seventeen years of age his plea to the Universe was tenderly answered. As he lay in bed, with all his inner might and divinely borrowed strength he focused inward and engaged his mind on a mental probe of the collective unconscious, asking his question. As he did so, in an instant, all his muscles tensed as if turned to iron. He sprang up seemingly pulled by an outside force and exclaimed, ”I understand!"

The mechanisms of Biophysical Harmonics, from which stemmed Vortex Based Mathematics, was born. Marko internalized a radical new consciousness, that numbers are real and alive, that they are God’s direct proof of His supreme Omnipotent existence — simply put this is living light in a holographic universe. In a short time his apotheosis evolved and deepened into what has become a lifelong devotion to a

new world religion, originated in the 19th Century by the prophet Baháʼu'lláh, known as Bahá’í. In Bahá'í, Marko recognized the purest expression of faith, one that he embodied as his own. He made a veritable promise to devote his life to sharing with the world what was shared with him. And so from that age Marko’s motivations were no longer of an earthly nature.

In other parts of the world he may have been recognized as a young buddha, but in the local Hollywood country club dialectic, he was just a crazy teenager on a spiritual trip hustling a new self-invented math that was given to him by God to share with the world, and it would probably pass. But Vortex Based Mathematics has valiantly withstood the rigors of scrutiny and the impartial test of time. And it has indeed proven its timelessness. The unified field remains unified despite objections. God’s math remains constant whether we know about it or not. Prosperity comes to those who are quick to new information. So with godspeed may the beautiful truths within these pages levitate your own understanding and internalize for you a universal knowledge and in fi nite awareness. And may you too be overcome with an equal desire to share and pass it on.

MATHEMATICAL FINGER PRINT OF GOD

At the age of fifteen Marko Rodin projected his mind as far as he could across the universe and asked the question, "What is the secret behind intelligence?" Due to his gift of intense focus or because it was time for him to know the answer, his stomach muscles turned to iron and as he was literally lifted forward he answered out loud, "I understand." What he had gleaned from his query was that all intelligence comes from a person's name. This led him to understand that not only do our personal names and the language they are spoken in highly affect our personalities but that the most important names are the names of God. This led Marko into a journey of thoroughly studying all the world's great religions. When he was introduced to the Baháʼi Faith he immediately became a believer. Literally days later Marko decided to take The Most Great Name of Baháʼu'lláh (prophet of the Baháʼi Faith) which is Bahá and convert it into numbers. He did this in an effort to discover the true precise mystical intonation of The Most Great Name of God. Since the Baháʼi

numerical notation system for this letter to number translation. This was a sacred system of allocating a unique numerical value to each letter of the 27 letters of the alphabet so that secret quantum mechanic physics could be encoded into words. What Marko discovered was that (Alif=1/ Hamza=1, b=2, h=5) =9. The fact that The Most Great Name of God equaled 9 seemed very important to him as everything he had read in both the Baháʼi scriptures and other religious texts spoke of nine being the omni-potent number. So next he drew out a circle with nine on top and 1 through 8 going around the circle clockwise. Then he discovered a very intriguing number system within this circle. OSCILLATING FROM PRIMAL SOURCE

IMPLODING CAVITY in a liquid irradiated with ultrasound is captured in a high-speed fl ash photomicrograph (above). The implosion heats the gases inside the cavity to 5,500 degrees Celsius. Since this cavity formed near a solid surface, the implosion is asymmetric, expelling a jet of liquid at roughly 400 kilometers per hour, both the

heat and the jet contribute to a unique chemical environment in the liquid. The diameter of the cavity is about 150 microns. The drawing (left) shows the stages of cavity implosion and the formation of the jet. The cavity is spherical at first and then shrinks rapidly. The jet develops opposite the solid surface and moves towards it.

IN THE BEGINNING….

At the epicenter of the universe exists a humungous black hole that is imploding. On the other side of this black hole is a white hole that is expanding.

The male black hole is a negative vortex, a compressing implosion. The female white hole is a positive vortex which is leaving the Zero, Primal Point, Singularity Hole and bringing out the hot jet fusion stream of nebular gaseous matter which when cooled

off will create all life forms, from atoms to galaxies.

The black hole at the top is pulling inwards in conjunction with the white hole at the bottom, just like an hourglass, transmitting outwards in a steady state a one way, positive stream flow, closed-loop, two-cycle surge pump, which is an ecological purification system of renewal.

There is only one preferred frame of reference for the entire Universe.

OUR BODIES ARE MADE OUT OF COUNTLESS STARS OF THE PAST

All multiplication series are crosssections of a twisting hypersphere that inverts in the center. Our human torso is named after the torus and the tore. The word tore means there is a hole in the center. The field is a result of Spirit’s emanations. Nine replaces zero on the circumference of a circle and is

always located at the top. Every multiplication series begins at nine and not zero. Zero never exists on a number line and never begins a multiplication series because as long as Creation is upheld the substance (light) remains the same, and so a number cannot be created or destroyed just as with energy.

The apex number nine is Spirit’s Fire revealed by the Crown Chakra being vertically aligned above the zero’s hole. Spirit is invisible as it travels tangentially (shown by the upright, dotted, red line arrow on the left side page) while moving in a straight line from the inner diameter (I.D.) to the outer diameter (O.D.) of the Torus. Spirit/magnetism is Orthogonal and intersects electricity at a right angle thereby imparting motion and spin. This brings into existence the three different Family Number Groups. These three, phase shift, time event moment of occurrences together make up the base ten numerical counting system of Vortex Based Mathematics (VBM). Only Spirit can travel in a straight line Omnidimensionally.

Where the Möbius Circuit overlaps along the central axis there is a hole that never closes and is the Aperture.

Zero

Zero is a funnel. Without this hole there would be no heat dissipation and the entire universe would incinerate by burning up. Instead this thermal refrigeration system is regulating itself at a constant temperature by transmitting waste heat into the outer ergosphere environment. This is a closed looped cycle of renewal.

The binary code which is the most widely utilized operating system in computer science today is falsely believed to be an endless progression of numbers. The truth is that just like everything else in our physical world made out of concrete mass the binary code warps and returns upon itself. The standard model of duality with the Yin and Yang being comprised of two parts is inaccurate. There are really three parts to the Yin and Yang. The key to harmony and well being in our personal relationships as husband and wife are synchronization to the invisible 9 which is Spirit. The number nine is the control and invisible 3rd element represented by the S-curve inside the yin and yang.

The Yin and Yang is an optical illusion, as it appears to be a duality when in reality it is

a binary triplet. Nine is centered at the Apex of three and six, and is always invisible. The oscillating 3 and 6 never touch. What matters most is that 3 and 6 are both on and off at the same time by being coupled to the 9 and are thus insync.

The circle of fifths is a star generated from multiples of 4 or 5. Starting at 9 you wind to 4, then 8, 3, 7, 2, 6, 1, 5, 9. A conventional toroid motor coil places the windings side-by-side and is based upon how many turns and wraps are used to determine the magnetic field output. This results in a toroidal magnetic field. A Rodin Coil instead is wound on a very gradual slope with a shallower incline resulting in poloidal magnetic fields by passing where you began and going around many times before returning from where you started. My team's goal was to make an Over Unity free energy machine connecting the Most Great Name of God Bahá and particle physics together. I immediately realized that there was a relationship of one number to one tile based upon Scott Gosler’s original breakthrough discovery.

THE SECRET OF HOW TO RAMP UP AND INCREASE THE OUTPUT OF A RODIN COIL

There are not endless higher dimensions above the 3rd dimension. All of the higher dimensions above the 3rd dimension are compacted, compressed, and folded together into one Omnidimension represented by the Decoqubit’s 3•9•6; 6•9•3 gap space.

In base 10 the 3•9•6; 6•9•3 is an invisible, not seen, higher dimensional Flux-field of one part Spirit and two parts magnetism. This is called the Equipotential Major Groove gap space. This gap space is always left alone and no copper wire conductor on the Rodin Coil is ever placed there.

The Rodin Coil is an air core coil and has no iron core in the center. By following the 1-2-4-8-7-5 Möbius Circuit pathway the electrical load is perfectly balanced and evenly distributed between

the circuit pairs by utilizing Spirit’s three phase shift event moment of activation occurrences. In this winding pattern the center of the conductor is always flanked on both sides by its furthest most opposite ends in perfect equilibrium. The problem made today by most people when designing a Rodin Coil is that they are confused by the optical illusion of the two circuits which after making many revolutions around the coil only then do they finally lay side by side. They confuse together these two distinctly separate circuits. This circle of fifths, longest mean free pathway of least resistance is a much less acute angle than conventionally wound toroid coils. Conventional wound coils create toroidal fields but the Rodin Coil generates a poloidal field that is aimed at the center of the coil like a pinwheel. Only magnetism responds quickly enough to give free play and slippage to Spirit which is always moving in the opposite direction. When 9 is positive, 3 and 6 are negative and when 9 is negative, 3 and 6 are both positive. 9 is the control and 3 and 6 are the simultaneous, instantaneous response.

The classic Enneagram is composed from the repeating decimal number pattern of dividing by 7.

There is a palindromic number pattern counter diagonal to the Möbius Circuits upon the Decoqubit torus skin which is 1, 6, 5, 2, 9, 7, 4, 3, 8, (see right page) from which the Enneagram is composed from.

It is a man made error to connect the 3 and 6 at the base of the pyramid. I always make the connection between the 3 and 9 and 6 and 9 a dotted line because 3.9.6 are a higher dimensional Flux-field composed from Spirit and magnetism.

The relationship of the Greater World to the lower world is revealed by the

number 9 being a vertical straight line above the circuit intersection which is the convergence point where Karen placed a diamond to reveal its location.

The Divine Empyrean Heavenly World is orthogonal, perpendicular, tangental, and a right angle to our contingent, lower world.

Spirit emanates in a straight line from the inner diameter (ID) to the outer diameter. The ID is the Primal Point of Unity.

Antithesis Nexus

We have highlighted the number pattern 1, 6, 5, 2, 9, 7, 4, 3, 8, from the skin of the torus. We have then arrayed them around a circle. We then connect the 1-2-4-8-7-5 of the Möbius Circuits. The resulting geometric symbol is the classic Enneagram showing that the torus, Möbius Circuits, Antithesis Nexus Key and Enneagram are inextricably connected.

The Antithesis Nexus Key Enneagram is always counter diagonal to the Möbius Circuits and is composed from the Palindrome number pattern 1,6,5,2,9,7,4,3,8,8,3,4,7,9,2,5,6,1.

This is the connection between the higher Omnidimensional world of God and the lower three-dimensional world of matter.

In Wikipedia when you look up the 4th dimension you get an illustration of a hypercube and Tesseract. These are very crude renderings of the 4th dimension.

The 3•9•6 with nine being vertically aligned at the zenith above the zero, and the three and six being splayed apart, is the secret answer providing the missing information of the Omni-fourth dimensions location in relationship to the Möbius Circuit’s position.

Nine is the control, three and six are the results. When nine is positive, three and six are both negative and when nine is negative, three and six are both positive. This creates the Diamond Grain lattice

structure necessary for superconductivity to occur.

The second law of thermodynamics restated differently is for every action there are two simultaneous half opposite equal reactions on the higher 5th/4th dimension. Clefting in twain based upon positive emanation creates negative draft counter-space which accurately bestows polarity.

There are no endless repeating decimals and it is a man made error to round off or to approximate pi. Mankind, by always taking pi out to a farther decimal place is nothing but folly.

Not only does mankind not see his error, but he perpetuates it by not realizing that an endless nonrepeating decimal is God’s own way of saying retract your steps because you have broken one of the utmost cardinal rules of math.

An endless non-repeating decimal is a red flag because mathematics is constructed so perfectly that it cannot be violated. All of the different varying branches of math such as arithmetic, geometry, surface topology, calculus, etc., are consolidated into the Decoqubit Hypersphere.

I have pieced together all of the known functions, calculations,

equations and formulas of the universe into one unified object which is the Decoqubit Hypersphere.

It is predicative, perfect, self-coherent, free from error, never redundant, elastic, scaleable from micro to macro, and contains no omissions. It is God’s own coordinate system from which anyone can navigate throughout the universe.

The Decoqubit is a gyroscope with its own preferred frame of reference and spacial orientation. Momentum, potential, and kinetic energy are all revealed in the Decoqubit. Heat dissipation from the core of the Decoqubit into the outer ergosphere environment is its function.

The Decoqubit reveals past, present, and future simultaneously and obsoletes the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle because discrete number patterns are uninvasive while being predictive and have their own physical attributes and qualities while not being invasive. Thus what is being observed remains unaffected.

Pi is unquestionably the most popular mathematical enigma known to man.

T here are only nine numbers in base ten because of the missing zero. This is why the mod is always one number

less than the base. Base ten is zero through nine, not one to ten.

Zero does not exist in a multiplication series. A multiplication series does not begin with zero. pi, phi, and all of the other mathematical physical constants are wrong because zero displaces everything.

To Whom It May Concern:

Two years ago I met Marko Rodin through a mutual acquaintance. Mr. Rodin shared some of his results with me at that time. It became clear to me that Mr. Rodin's work was a synthesis of numerical patterns which had previously been overlooked by conventional science and mathematics. In hopes of bridging the gap between Mr. Rodin's discoveries and conventional science, I put forth an analytical framework in which mathematical formulae generate the numerical patterns of the Rodin Torus. These formulae suggested that the Rodin Torus lies not just on the surface of the "doughnut" shape, but into the interior as well; in other words, the Rodin Torus is three dimensional.

This mathematical formulation is as yet incomplete, and the physical meaning of these numerical phenomena remain unexplored still. Yet in my career I have several times discovered new mathematical formulations which have led to new products. In the late 1970's I discovered Atomic Modeling which revolutionized computer performance modeling, measurement, and sizing. In the early 1990's I discovered new ways to express the time-dependent behavior of program code, which led to reductions of program code size of 50% of the original size for all programs to which it was applied. I mention these facts merely to convince the reader that my intuition has a history of success in the practical application of new mathematics.

Now I am completely convinced that the Rodin Torus will likewise lead to new and revolutionary advances in art and science. Mr. Rodin's work has suffered from a lack of adequate scientific attention, and I am sure that as the research momentum builds and the proper relationship between the Rodin Torus and conventional science is fully understood, both areas of endeavor will attain new heights. I am very much looking forward to playing a role in this adventure.

Analysis of the Rodin Coil and its Applications — Russell P.

Introduction

I have reviewed previous and current work on the theories of Marko Rodin. Mr. Rodin has discovered a series of regularities in the decimal number system heretofore undocumented in mathematics. These patterns lay out on the surface and within the internal volume of a torus.

A number of scientists and engineers have voluntarily joined with Mr. Rodin over recent years to explore the implications of his findings.

The Rodin Coil

The Rodin Coil is a toroidal—or doughnutshaped—form wound by wires in a pattern consistent with the number patterns discovered by Mr. Rodin. Toroidal shapes wound with wires are commonly used for inductors in electrical circuits, often for use in transformers. However the pattern of winding in a Rodin Coil is radically different from conventional toroidal coils. Experimenters have produced some samples of the Rodin Coil to measure the effects of this new approach to winding wires around a torus.

To understand these effects it is necessary to review just a little electrical theory. When a current is passing through a wire it creates a magnetic field around the wire. When a wire is coiled like a cylindrical spring, as though wrapped around a pencil, the magnetic fields from the turns of the coil reinforce each other to increase the strength of the magnetic field. When the coil is bent into a circle, so that the ends meet, the majority of the magnetic force is concentrated inside the coil. This is considered a benefit in electrical circuit design, since stray magnetic fields can upset the operation of other parts of the circuit.

In a conventional coil the windings lay one after another just like the windings of a cylindrical spring. In a Rodin Coil, the windings lie on the surface of the torus, but do not lie consecutively adjacent to each other. Instead they reach along the surface, through the central, doughnut hole area, and 30 degrees short of directly across the torus. This forms, in addition to the wires on the outer surface, a crisscrossing circle of wires in the center of the torus. (The central figure formed by the wires in the doughnut hole is really a polygon of 24 sides for each completed wrap

of the coil: so many sides it is considered a circle.)

Due to the central circle of wires in a Rodin Torus, it naturally creates a greatly increased magnetic field in the center of the torus, when compared to a conventional coil wound with the same amount of wire. In addition the field generated is much more coherent, in the sense of being much more sensitive to a particular frequency of applied current. These properties are the basis for useful applications of the Rodin Coil, as well as for any limitations in its use.

All this having been said, it is worth noting that no one has as yet created a coil precisely conforming to Mr. Rodin’s exacting recommendations, all of which derive from the numerical patterns he has discovered in the decimal number system. The effects of a really well constructed Rodin Coil remain untested.

Evolutionary Applications

There are a number of practical applications of the Rodin Coil that have the potential (no pun intended) for producing new, more efficient electrical devices. Producing these devices seems to require in some cases significant engineering effort, but no revolutionary scientific discoveries beyond what is known to date. These seem at first glance to fall into two distinct categories: motors and antennae; other possibilities may also exist.

Before enumerating these practical possibilities, we should mention that they all require using the Rodin Coil in a more or less conventional fashion. We do not intend here to describe in complete detail how a Rodin Coil is wrapped, as this is covered to some extent in supporting documentation. (Detailed engineering work on Rodin Coil design specification still needs attention.) Here we only wish to point out that in a “real” Rodin Coil, there are two wires used to form the wrap; these are not connected to each other, but rather each wire is connected to itself to complete a loop at the end of the wrap. Thus there is no way to extract current directly from these wires or to energize them directly with an external current. In this section on Evolutionary Applications we divert from the strict Rodin Coil design, and energize the coils in a more conventional fashion, by connecting the ends of the two loops to one or

two current sources or sinks, so we can utilize and measure the coil’s properties along the lines of conventional electrical engineering. In the next section, on Revolutionary Applications, we revert to the true coil design as envisioned by Mr. Rodin.

Motors

The increase in magnetic field over a conventional coil that is found with a Rodin Coil has been observed to be limited if the hollow torus is replaced by the ferrite core used in conventional electric motors. The reason is that the ferrite core reaches magnetic saturation, beyond which no additional magnetic field can be produced. Assuming this difficulty can be overcome by judicious choice of core materials, or that hollow cores can produce enough current, a motor based on the Rodin Coil could be markedly more efficient at generating electrical energy than a conventionally constructed electric motor. (The possibility of a hollow core electric motor is exciting due to the light weight of such a design.) No work has yet been done to create a motor using a Rodin Coil as a building block.

All of the work on Rodin Coils to date has been with 2D coils wrapped on the surface of a torus. Starting with the fact that the numerical patterns of the Rodin Torus has resulted in more efficient 2D coils, one can easily surmise that a layered torus wrapped in 3D would achieve an even much higher efficiency. No work has yet been done on 3D toroidal coils.

Antennae

Rodin Coil antennae would be useful in any application where sensitivity to a particular frequency was important, and the form-factor of the Rodin Coil was acceptable. Portable communication devices for use in a wide variety of applications should benefit, since power requirements for boosting the antenna signals should be greatly reduced from standard antenna designs. By varying the points at which the coil is tapped, it may be possible to tune the antenna to a wide range of desired frequencies. Work has been done in this area already, with significant successes reported.

No work has been done using 3D Rodin Tori for antennae.

Transformers

It might be possible to arrange multiple Rodin Coils so as to take advantage of the increased magnetic field at the center. This could result in more efficient, lower weight transformers.

Use of Rodin Coil transformers in standard electrical circuits may be difficult, however, since the very presence of the increase in magnetic field might cause a problem with other circuit elements. Signi fi cant shielding of Rodin Coil transformers would be required in any application involving multiple circuits, such as a radio receiver.

Electromagnets

There are a variety of applications for large electromagnets. These include mundane applications such as cargo transfer, scrap iron handling, and monorails, as well as the more exotic fields such as particle accelerators, magnetic cannon, and ion beam sources (including ion beam space drives.) Rodin Coil electromagnets would presumably produce a higher magnetic field than an equivalent conventional electromagnet, possibly benefiting these applications if form factor issues can be overcome. New applications may also be possible, since the orientation of the magnetic field is perpendicular to the field of conventional coils.

Revolutionary Applications

Various researchers have seen the Rodin coil as a solution to interesting problems in their diverse areas of expertise. Some of these ideas have little support in conventional scienti fi c thinking. Nonetheless there are interesting possibilities which, should they bear fruit, would unlock new technologies.

The most compelling of these is the notion of a point energy source, or the extraction of energy from a vacuum.

To most of us reared on the wisdom of conventional science, this is a fairly outlandish idea. One researcher, however, has presented detailed citations from a variety of physicists who support the notion, and base their support on what at first blush appear to be both established scienti fi c experimental evidence, and sound theoretical principles.

If this idea were to bear fruit, it would usher in a new age of technology surpassing those brought on by such inventions as the steam engine, the internal combustion engine, and the electric power generator. It would surpass

those important inventions because no fuel would be consumed in the creation of energy; instead, ambient energy would be focused on the desired application.

Theoretical Issues

Although considerable effort has been expended on diagramming the numerological patterns in Mr. Rodin’s findings, little effort has been made in a number of areas which need further examination before the importance of the findings are fully comprehended.

For example research shows that there are 6 different combinations of series, which produce distinct implementations of Rodin’s toroidal pattern in 2 dimensions. Nothing however indicates the physical meaning, if any, of thinking in terms of one series or another.

Additionally it remains unknown how many different ways there are to enumerate these series into 3D tori. Three such combinations have been enumerated, but it is unknown if there are more, and if so, how many. Also, as with 2D tori, it is not known what the physical implications of these various ways of building 3D tori are.

Finally, nothing has yet been accomplished which links Mr. Rodin’s patterns to conventional scientific theories. The fact that utilizing this pattern does result in effective coil design is probably not an accident, but there remains an enormous gap between what is considered “known science” and Mr. Rodin’s patterns. This remains true in spite of the application of these patterns to such diverse areas as plant growth and musical harmonics. Until a clear link between the Rodin Torus and known scientific theory is established, it may prove difficult to bring the full attention of the conventional scientific community to bear on solving any remaining problems.

These points are raised not to criticize a field in its infancy, but to illustrate the rich arena of study that remains immediately accessible to research. Doubtless any discoveries made in answering these questions will result in new areas of study to explore.

Prognosis

This report, and the supporting documentation on experiments using the Rodin Coil, should be submitted for review by a panel of technical experts from the fields of electric motor, antenna, transformer, and electromagnet design and manufacture. If these industry experts agree in principle with the prospects for Evolutionary Applications, there are sufficient immediate practical applications of the Rodin Coil to warrant the expenditure of funds.

This is so much the case that funding should be considered more a venture capital investment than a charitable donation to a worthy cause, worthy though it may be.

In this case the strategic order of business is clear. First develop the most promising evolutionary applications into marketable products. Use the profits from these products to fund both less accessible evolutionary product development, and also theoretical research and Revolutionary Application development. Should the latter bear fruit, the potential technological impact is, as previously discussed, enormous.

A detailed Business Plan, including the usual pro forma fi nancial statements, should determine the precise level of funding required.

There exists a valid Electromagnetic mechanism that will produce the effects reported in the article to follow and other similar effects as well. It is not magic, but electromagnetics of a special kind.

Simply, the magnetic vector potential A is "defined" by the equation B = VxA. If you "choke off" or "kill" the Vx operator (which is called the "curl" operator), then this leaves the curtfree A-potential to move out on its own, without being tied to a magnetic force field (i.e., to a B-field) as it almost always otherwise is. In other words, one has tom the potential away from its associated force field, and the potential propagates independently in space. However, anything you place in the path of that curl-free A-potential to interact with it, that will once again permit the Vx operator to occur, will provide you a normal magnetic force field (B-field) again. Since the Vx usually occurs in, say, something like a coil or wrapping of a conductor, then you get the E-field induced also, by the time rate of change of the Apotential, so that you wind up with a normal EM field containing both E and B fields. The Efield occurs by the interaction of E = - aA)'t. One of the great promises of curl-free A-field utilization is that it propagates into and through media in which normal EM transmission is difficult or impossible, as pointed out in the Gelinas patents.

Obviously if you hold all the B-field inside the coils of the torus, and then put something else in the center region outside the coils, you can get some additional potential and field energy there in the center works. You can also get similar propagation outside the coil, with effects on distant objects.

Rodin is apparently going by elementary electricity concepts but augmented by excellent native intuition. What he really is doing is attempting to separate the A-potential (i.e., the magnetic vector potential A) from the B field, and utilize the curl-free A-potential as an independent field of nature in the central "crossover" region. It is known in physics that this is possible ; the well known Aharonov-Bohm effect depends upon precisely this separation. It appears that neither Ramsay nor Rodin are aware that a tightly-wound torus performs this' "curl-free" separation of the A-potential, by trapping the B-field inside the coiled wiring, so that in a very good torus coil most of the B-field can be contained within the coil, and the curl-free A-potential will still radiate from the coil (both to its inside or center space and outside and beyond into space.).

A great deal of work on this use of the "curl-free A-field" was done by Gelinas, who patented several patents in this area which were assigned to Honeywell, Inc., the firm for which he worked at the time. Professor William Tiller of Stanford University is also a noted and highly competent advocate of the curl-free A-field. In the late 70s and early 80s, Bill Tiller, Frank Golden and I worked on curl-free A-potential antennas, and Golden built dozens of curl-free A-field coil antenna variants.

One of the most interesting variants he built was quite similar to Ramsay's buildup of the Rodin coil. Simply, he built a coil embodiment of the diagrammatic geometry for a "twistor" that was shown by Roger Penrose. That coil antenna exhibited about what Ramsay and Rodin are reporting, and dramatically extended the communication range of a small CB radio from, say, its nominal 114 mile to about 20 miles or more. The A-potential from a dipole antenna falls off about inversely as the square of the distance, while the normal B-field falls off about inversely as the cube of the distance. There is one other fact that deepens the curl-free A-potential phenomenon: Any vector field can be replaced by (mathematically decomposed into) two scalar fields; for the proof, see Whittaker 1904. With some difficulty one can even "assemble" a curl-free A-potential from two multifrequency transmitter arrays that transmit two harmonic series of wavepairs, where each wavepair consists of a normal EM wave and its true phase conjugate (for the proof, see Whittaker 1903). Each of the arrays transmits one of the scalar fields (scalar waves) that together comprise the curl-free A-potential. So the curl-free Apotential is actually a part of the Stoney/Whittaker scalar electromagnetics I have so long advocated. At any rate, Rodin and Ramsay should certainly continue their research and experimentation.

I don’t know what your next step is, but I will tell you mine. After a month of cycling I was exhausted and my desire was only to work on the vortex maths. I couldn’t allow myself the disappointment of not consulting with you. For four weeks I explored equations and wrote programs. I was able to see this due to my familiarity with Clifford Algebras, the Algebra of Physical space (APS) and the Space Time Algebra (STA) of David Hestenes.
