Stopwatch on Phone Obstacle challenge: How many slalom runs can you complete in 60 seconds- Layout 3 objects and 3 steps & run in and out of these objects and back to the start to complete 1 lap. Parents/carers: Model the movement for your son/daughter then ask them to copy.

Try and do as many laps as you can in 1 minute. Try to compete against a family member.

Do 10 star jumps and count when you complete 1.
Jumping challenge: Jump from different objects until you get to a market finishing line. Parents/carers: Remember to model the jumping then ask your son/daughter to copy.
Hoops, Cones, Old shoes, sticks.
Increase the distance to make jumping harder or add more objects to jump to.
Dice Rolling Challenge: Roll the dice and the number that’s given you have to jump or hop it. Parents/carers: Remember to model the game then ask your son/daughter to copy.
