Weekly Update: 20/06/25
I hope this update finds you well. The weather has been warmer than predicted over the past week, and is due to continue into next week. In school we are doing our best to keep students cool by utilising cooler spaces and shade, fans and air conditioning, and staying inside when appropriate Please could you encourage your child to bring a water bottle to school with them to help them stay hydrated, as well as providing sun cream and a cap/hat for your child if they spend time in the sunshine during their breaks. Sun cream can be applied before school, and students can also top up during the day if they need to – please ensure any bottles are labelled and in-date
Stakeholder Consultation for 6th Form Move
Thank you to all Parent Carers and stakeholders who have shared their views regarding the 6th Form move consultation – we value your thoughts and opinions and hope to use these as we shape the provision going forwards.

School Uniform – Late night shopping event
Uniform Direct are hosting two late night shopping events to help families get ready for September on Monday 30th June and Thursday 3rd July. The store will be open from 9:30am-8:00pm. The store is on Babington Lane, and can be contacted on 01332 342569.

Hubbub Event
Hubbub are hosting their summer show at Deda on Friday 27th June in the evening. A leaflet with more details and how to purchase tickets is included in the update.
Dates for your diaries has been repeated below in the update as there are so many different events planned. Please spend some time to identify which relate to your young person, and drop them into your calendar so you don’t miss out.
