Make a timeline of significant events that have occurred within Leyland.
Research and produce a fact file for a famous person that has lived in Leyland.
Visit different places in Leyland and take plenty of pictures. Write a diary entry of the different places you went to. Make a collage of pictures of Leyland through the difference decades.
Complete the summer word search. (See Mr Iddon)
Re-draw the diagram and count how many squares you can see?
Write a letter to the local MP about what you would want to change / improve about Leyland.
Design a poster aiming to attract people to come to Leyland. What is there to see, what makes the town special?
Write a story, all about you!
