Winter/Spring Go for a walk with your family and find evidence of Winter or Spring. You can either collect artefacts or take pictures of what you find!
Label it! Draw a picture of a toy that Father Christmas brought you. Can you label the different parts of it? Can you write a sentence to say what you like to do with it?
Pegs on a Box How many clothes pegs can you peg onto the side of a box in a minute?
People Who Help Us Look at your community and see what people help you and how they help you. Can you choose someone in your community to draw a picture of? Write a sentence to say what they do to help us.
When I Grow Up This half term’s value is Aspiration. What do you aspire to be when you grow up? Think about the occupations we have talked about in class!
Heaviest to Lightest Choose 5 objects from around your house. Without touching them, can you predict which will be the lightest? Can you predict which will be the heaviest? Now can you put them in order from the heaviest to the lightest? If you can, use scales to help you. The higher the number, the heavier the object!
Using your thumb and pointy finger, peg each clothes peg onto the side of the box.
