Moor Hey Turns 50 Fifty years ago, Moor Hey School opened its doors for the first time. Many things have changed since then including technology. The pupils have been looking back at what classrooms and lessons would have looked like in 1968. They had a great week celebrating the schools opening. Activities included: Climbing, archery, problem solving, cheerleading, mountain biking, Zumba, a trip for Primary to the local soft play centre, a visit to Beacon Fell and a Through the Decades show. The week was topped off with a great sports day and an inflatable playground with zorbs, an inflatable assault course and bungee run.
