Lomeshaye Life What an action packed week it has been at Lomeshaye. From twinning to gourmet breakfasts thank you to everyone who has supported school this week by making costumes, attending events and bringing your children to school to learn every day. A huge well done to everyone that attended school over the last week, where our whole school attendance figure was 97%. Congratulations to everyone that got to school this week! Corona Virus - On Monday 16th March NHS England will be delivering and filming a short assembly on the importance of handwashing. If you have not given consent for your child to be filmed they will take part in a separate activity unless the class teacher is notified that permission is given. Year 3 and 4 Twinning Day— 3 Elm, 3 Oak, 4 Willow and 4 Sycamore had an amazing twinning day experience with pupils from Park Primary School learning about their individuality and reading ‘The Hueys in the New Jumper.’ Disabled Parking Spaces - Please respect local residents when parking on the streets around school by not parking in the designated disabled parking spaces. It's illegal to park in designated marked bays you don't have a permit for. World Book Day— On Thursday 5th March Lomeshaye celebrated world books day. Pupils and staff dressed up as characters from Harry Potter stories and completed fun and engaging Harry Potter activities during the afternoon. Dads Breakfast - The Dads breakfast was again huge success! Dads tucked in to a delicious halwa puri. was great to see so many of you enjoying this event and taking part in the competition.
