Easter Service at St. Oswald’s Church 9am

Children need to be brought directly to church between 8:45-8:55am, ready to start at 9am. Parents are welcome to join us. Each class will be presenting a section of the Easter story. We will walk back to school afterwards.

Nursery pupils should come to school as normal.

Breakfast Club pupils from Reception to Year 6 will be walking down to church at 8:30am so please ensure they arrive early enough to have breakfast.

Easter Raffle

The winner will be announced as part of our fun Easter afternoon on Tuesday. If you have not yet entered, please send in £1 per square.

Blackburn Cathedral Visit

On Monday, our Year 5 and 6 pupils will get to visit Blackburn Cathedral where they will be taking part in a workshop linked to a ‘Threads through Creation’ textiles art exhibition.

Pupils need to be at the bottom of the hill for 7:55am in full school uniform. They will need to bring a snack and a drink as we will have lunch when we return to school at about 1:15pm. Please make sure you have returned the permission slip and make payment on Parent Pay.

Easter Lunch

There will be a special Easter lunch on Wednesday next week. This option can be picked on the lunch choices.
