This week Churchtown has been such a busy school with the children and staff showcasing the school at its best. Our OFSTED inspectors have commented on how welcome they were made to feel and how polite the children were. We will be able to share the report with you as soon as it is published. Thank you to all the parents who provided feedback, this allows us to celebrate all we are doing well and to continually look to improve.

On Thursday, our Children’s University graduates celebrated at Edge Hill for their graduation ceremony. A special mention to Rhys in Year 2 and Finlay in Year 6 who both achieved the highest number of hours in the whole of Seftonwell done boys.

On Wednesday, we welcomed our new Reception and Nursery parents into school - we cannot wait to have the new children starting with us in September. Good luck to all the dancers at the Wally Cain Dance Festival this evening at The Atkinson. Finally, please come and visit our stall at the Botanic Gardens family fun day on Sunday. We hope you all have an enjoyable weekend.
