In class we are starting by learning all about pictograms and how we can use them. We will then be moving onto fractions. The children will be adding and subtracting fractions, finding equivalent fractions and comparing and ordering fractions.
Science- Plants
In science the children will be learning all about plants! Understanding what they need to survive, the different parts and their functions, how water is transported and the importance on flowers.

Theme- Romans on the Rampage
Our theme this half term is all about the The Roman Empire and its impact on Britain. We will be using a variety of sources to explore the past. Understand how life changed and what the Romans did during that time.

RE- Which rules should we follow?
This new topic of work will be covered over the whole term. We will be considering the value of rules, explore Christian rules for living. We will also focus on other faiths and how their rules were given to them a long time ago.
