Headteacher Update 24/09/20 Dear Parents/Carers, Following on from my e-mail to you all this morning, I am confirming that a member of staff in the Nursery Unit received a Positive Test result for Coronavirus after self-isolating this week. In line with the school re-opening plan that was shared with all parents at the start of the year, as soon as school received confirmation of the positive result, that area of the school (Ladybirds and Bumblebees) was closed down for the recommended period. This means that the Nursery unit (Ladybirds and Bumblebees) will stay closed until Monday 5 October. I will write next week regarding the arrangements for nominating/voting parents but if anyone feels they may be interested and would like more information please feel free to ring the school and speak with me. Birthday Cake (a repeat of the email sent earlier this week) An increasing number of parents have been asking about bringing cakes into school for your child to share on their birthday. This is always a lovely gesture and I know the children get a lot out of it. The current advice from our Local Authority Health and Safety Officer is that we do not allow
