Birdsedge is a small, friendly school with a big heart. It's a really welcoming environment and a lovely setting for children to learn and prosper.

My daughter loves going to Birdsedge, each day she is so happy to be going to school. Watching her develop over the 2 1/2 years she has been attending is magical, as a parent I couldn’t be prouder of her achievements, thank you Birdsedge for giving her the building blocks to enabling her to blossom.

All 3 of my children have been to Birdsedge first school and I couldn’t have wished for a lovelier school. It is friendly, supportive, has fantastic values and the children are thriving.

We now have a new head who is full of ambition and has so many brilliant ideas for the school. It’s definitely the place to be.

Birdsedge School is a fabulous school where children thrive in a nurturing environment. As they progress through the classes they are encouraged to have more responsibilities and believe in themselves.

My child, who has special educational needs, has started Birdsedge this year. I chose the school due to its small size but warm and friendly feel. The school was highly prepared for my child to start and had all arrangements in place to ensure a smooth transition. The communication and support from staff is fantastic and my child has gone from strength to strength since starting school. Most importantly, my child always has a smile on his face at the end of the day!

Thank you to everyone in school for welcoming back children after Covid-19 shutdown and working hard to ensure children are settled and catching up with what they have missed. School feels a happy place where everyone is looked after.

We have a lovely little school with some fantastic teachers and support staff. Our children always go in and come out of school happy.
