To share the mastery journey, we are on which is leading to accelerated progress for EYFS – Year 6.  To give schools the opportunity to create an action plan and gain support to achieve the outcomes  To create a menu of support and CPD to enable sharing of best practice across all schools December 2018

Outline of project:

Initial Meeting at Sacred Heart School in December. Twilight. (SLT member and subject lead to attend) We will provide a brief overview of the mastery journey we are currently on at Sacred Heart. A discussion about some of the things we feel are the key to our rapid progress. A brief overview of how the project would work should they choose to partake. A time for questions. Spring 1 – Danielle or Jane to attend each school for 1 day and complete a joint initial assessment with maths coordinator/member of SLT. This would consist of learning walk, book scrutiny, discussion with children, discussion with subject lead etc. Following this write a joint action plan for the following two terms. Spring 2 – Schools to visit Sacred Heart for 1 morning. (Agenda to be informed from action plans) Summer 1 – Danielle or Jane to attend schools for ½ day. Monitoring visit, update of action plan, agenda of the day to be discussed following action plan and previous visits.
