Monday 9th July 2018 Our News! The children have all completed their road safety programme and will bringing home their certificates later on this week. Well done!! They know how to stay safe when walking near a road, holding an adult’s hand and walking on the side furthest away from the kerb. They also know how to look for safe places to cross, Stop, Look, Listen and how to cross the road with an adult safely. A big thank you to all of our parent helpers who have kindly given up their time each week to help us with this programme. Transition Week Mrs Lees and I both missed the Ducklings last week, but we were extremely impressed with how well they coped with the changes to their routines and we enjoyed hearing how excited they were with their new classes and teachers when they returned. It shows us just how ready they all are for their move to Key Stage 1 and Year One. Reports Your child should have brought home their end of year school report with them on Friday, along with the end of Foundation Stage assessments and an explanation of what these mean. Please return the acknowledgement slip ASAP. There is also an optional drop-in session, straight after school on Wednesday 11th July, should you wish to discuss the report further.
