THE ALIENS HAVE LANDED! The children arrived at school to find a very strange scene on Wednesday! It looked like aliens had landed in our outdoor classroom! The children were very excited and extremely curious about what might have happened and spent the morning examining the scene and then writing stories to try to explain it. The Spanish children left on Tuesday but not before we’d had a great farewell disco with the Year 6 children. They arrived home safely and we received a phone call from Cristina (headteacher at Humberto Juanes school in Nigran) She was keen to pass on her thanks to everyone involved in the exchange. She said that all the Spanish families were delighted with the welcome, care & hospitality shown by the host families and appreciate all the trips and events school and the families put on for them. She thinks the next exchange will be even more popular! The first meeting for this year’s Spanish visit will be on the 7th November 2017. Thank you for your continuing support,
