97.2% for whole school attendance The minimum acceptable attendance is 96%.
If a child misses 8 days or more a year they will not achieve 96% this is reportable to Lancashire County Council and may result in a Penalty Notice being issued. Please ensure your children are in school every day and on time. School starts at 8.55am.

To gain this award we have provided evidence to demonstrate that at Bishop Martin we have fully contributed to all the health and wellbeing criteria requested.
Crucially in relation to School Grounds Development, a Healthy School '...understands the importance of investing in health to assist in the process of raising levels of pupil achievement and improving standards. It also recognises the need to provide both a physical and social environment that is conducive to learning.'
