Thank you . Fundraising Day Next Friday, 10th March, we are holding a Fundraising Day in aid of the Brain Tumour Charity and the British Heart Foundation. For a donation of £1.00, children can wear something red and/or wear a bandana. Children will have the opportunity to take part in a skipathon (PE Kits must be worn) and we will also be selling cakes at break time. Prizes will be awarded for the best skipper and the ‘funkiest’ bandana. We hope everyone will support this event.
A growing number of children are arriving in school wearing trainers and nonuniform. Hoodies, leggings, and jeans are not permitted. All Y6 children must wear a tie. Please ensure your child adheres to our school policy. PE kits—please can you also ensure that your child has the correct kit and appropriate footwear in school. Children who do not have their PE kit are unable to take part in their PE lessons. It is vital that we all work together to promote active health and fitness. We do not want your child to miss out on any activities / events due to non uniform or PE kit. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
On Thursday, 6th April we will be holding an Easter Hot Pot and Bingo night. This event has always been great fun and a huge success. We would also like families to take part in an egg decorating competition. The entries will be judged during the evening and there will be great family prizes to be won. Letters will be sent out next week and tickets will be available from the office. If you have any suggestions for future family social events please let us know.
