The Narnia Experience On Wednesday the whole school (Rec-Y6) visited St George's Hall in Liverpool which had been transformed into a live, interactive theatrical version of 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe'. The children travelled through the book itself, taking on the role of either Lucy or Edmund, stepping through the wardrobe, and having VERY different experiences depending on who they were! Everyone involved had an amazing time and the organisers commented on how well behaved, polite and enthralled the children were by the experience!

www.bishopmartin.lancs.sch.uk ‘Fairtrade Friday’ On Friday 3rd March we are holding ‘Fairtrade Friday’ in school. At Breakfast Club there will be free sample of Fairtrade jams and chocolate spreads. Later on, classes will get to sample other Fairtrade goodies. At afternoon playtime we will be selling fairtrade hot chocolate at 20p per cup which the children can enjoy while they take a break.
