Year 7 Parents’ Evening What you need to know.

You will receive the following letter...

What to do‌ • You need to ask your parents what times they would like to attend between.

Next…

• You parents will fill out reply slip 2 with what times they would like to attend between.

– E.g. between 4pm and 5pm or 5:30pm and 7pm, this is up to them.

• This slip needs to be handed in to your tutor even if you can’t attend.

Then…

• You then need to fill out reply slip 1 with them.

• Ask them which subjects they would like to see.

– E.g. maths, French, Science and P.E • They do not have to see all your teachers it is up to them.

• DO NOT put a time in until you have confirmed it with your teacher.

• When making appointments please leave 10 minutes between appointments so that you can get to them on time.

Finally • In humanities (history, geography and R.E) you will only see one of your teachers and they will speak to you about all 3 subjects.

• Here is the list of which teacher your class will see.

• Do not worry if your appointments don’t go in order on your sheet, as long as the times don’t over lap and are evenly spaced that is ok.

• If you are worried you may lose your sheet there is a space in your planner to write your times instead, or you can stick this sheet on that page.
