Welcome Staff at the Kindergarten would like to welcome all parents and children. We are really looking forward to working in partnership with you to help your child learn and grow educationally. Staff We are always available for you to talk to about any issues. Should you not want to discuss a problem or query in front of others please just phone and arrange an appointment. Your child’s key worker will observe, assess and plan for your child on a weekly basis. If you are not aware of your child’s key worker please see the parental notice board (above the coat pegs). All planning including your child’s individual termly targets are also displayed on this board. We will email you your child’s learning journey and activities while at kindergarten on a weekly basis. The system we will be using will send out an invitation for you to join please click on the link to activate. You can also share an upload pictures to your child’s profile of achievements, special days good news etc. Please fill in the slip attached with the preferred email address to receive these. Mini Maestro Sessions and BFC Football Mini Maestro music sessions have been arranged for Friday morning. This is a professional music scheme with a qualified teacher. There is a small fee of £2 per week for this. YMCA Football Sessions Tues day Am £1 per week You will receive an invoice with your bill for this half term. £12 mini Maestros £7 Football Please make cheques payable to St. Peters or pay cash at the office. Should you have any problem with this fee, please see Angela Safety Safety: Please ensure you lock the gate behind you when dropping off and collecting your child. *Please also note parents are not allowed to drive into school and must park on the main road.* Lunch Boxes; please provide your child with a named lunch box with no loose items. Also following our policies please ensure grapes are cut in half. Please keep sweet treats and fatty products to a minimum (see the government healthy lunch box advice on the www.food.gov.uk.) Hot dinners are available daily priced £2.20 daily Breakfast club Should you require an earlier start Kindergarten is welcome to use the Breakfast Club facility within the school. Breakfast Club starts at 7:45am and is priced at £4 (A member of Kindergarten staff is always in Breakfast Club). Should you require a place please see the main office or Angela.
