PUPIL PREMIUM In 2011/2012 the Government launched its Pupil Premium Funding. This funding was given to schools based on the number of pupils who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM). In 2012/2013 this funding was expanded to include all those children who have been eligible for FSM during the last 6 years. Funding is also available for children adopted from care and looked after children With effect from September 2014 all Reception and Key Stage 1 children became entitled to a free school meal without the necessity to complete any paperwork. Parents who are in receipt of the benefits that would have entitled them to a free school meal are encouraged to submit a claim to ensure that Carleton Green receives the Pupil Premium Funding thereby ensuring that their child reaches their full potential both emotionally, socially and educationally. Please contact the school office for further information. In 2014/2015 Carleton Green received Pupil Premium Grant funding of £70,673 and in 2015/2016 this will be £66,420.
