On Wednesday 25 November Stevie and Ruby from Year 6 got the fantastic opportunity to go to the Council Chambers and meet Mayor Hennessy and Councillor Gagen as part of the WLSSP Sports Council. Over 40 children from different primary schools across West Lancashire attended the meeting all prepared with questions for the Mayor and Councillor. The children asked questions around the sports facilities in the town and what improvements will be made. Stevie and Ruby had a fantastic afternoon and were a credit to Bishop Martin.
