Personalised School Centred Programme Teaching and Learning course for teachers who want to develop their teaching practice and refresh their pedagogy at any point in their career Facilitated by experienced and fully-qualified teacher educators, this personalised programme brings the DTL to your school This course involves : 1) Diagnostic observation and initial meeting at your home school (2 hours) 2) Feedback from coaching observation and toolkit enhancement at your home school (2.5 hours)

Outcomes: Delegates will return to pedagogy, exploring new theories to make their practice more evidence-based. Delegates will build their confidence using relevant psychological tools and techniques. Delegates will receive a new ‘teaching toolkit’ to enhance their practice in the classroom. Delegates will visit one institution in the Alliance to witness best practice.
