Dear Parents/Carers In order to help your child settle into school with ease, we would appreciate you spending some time talking with him/her about this booklet and filling in the first part together. The second part of the booklet can be filled in by you and will provide us with lots of more detailed information. This will help us understand your child’s interests and needs and to plan his/her learning environment.

Please return the booklet to school on your child’s first day in September.
