 BIG

QUESTIONS IN RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AT ST ANNE’S RCP

 At

St Anne’s, one of the main aims of our curriculum for Religious Education is to promote knowledge and understanding of the response of faith to those ultimate questions about human life, its origins and purpose.

 Through

our provision of RE, we want to provide children with ‘compelling learning experiences’ which demand a more active and engaging approach to learning where our children solve something and confidently investigate reasons for things.

 We

hope that through the use of key questions, mysteries or puzzles to answer or solve, our RE curriculum is much more compelling, imaginative and challenging.

 The

key question poised are relevant to the children’s learning in their RE lessons, their interests and indeed their concerns.

 We

really hope you enjoy looking at some of the wonderful ‘BIG QUESTION’ work our WONDERFUL children have produced this half term; linked to our first theme - The Domestic Church; Family….WOW
