Welfare Thank you again for the generous donation of cakes last week. We raised £262.81 for Macmillan which is wonderful.
Welcome Parent Evaluation Sheets- You asked, we listened and responded. Thank you for returning your evaluation sheets. The £10 high street voucher has been won by L Maloney’s mum in Y6. As a result of the comments on the evaluation sheets the following changes have been agreed; Newsletters will be emailed to parents, as well as paper versions, so that they are received promptly and do not get mislaid. Parents Evening; this term your child’s teacher will be released from class on a set day to meet with parents of children in their class. This will ease congestion in the hall, improve confidentiality and will hopefully be less rushed. Your child’s parent evening date is on the reverse of this letter along with a return slip asking you to indicate a slot that is convenient to you. Once all slips have been returned you will receive confirmation of the time allocated. The Christmas Craft sessions for parents and children received very positive feedback. These will be repeated in December- watch out for the dates. We will update the calendar section of the website on a regular basis to keep you informed of up and coming events. We try to include dates for each ½ term; however it is not always possible to give that much notice. We received positive feedback regarding the movie night and will let you know as soon as we have dates for the next one.
