Parents wearing uniforms are especially encouraged to volunteer! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Christmas Fair –Friday 27 November 6-8pm Father Christmas to be invited again. Required-Black material for Santa’s Grotto-has anyone got any contacts or can source it cheap/ free for us? Lisa Pollitt / Sue Wright to source raffle prizes again for main raffle, thank you! Electric items for raffle-Sarah Turner to arrange through her uncle-a contact at Russell Hobbs Letter to go out informing parents of own clothes days in advance of the Fair and asking for volunteers: Stalls: School Calendars Amanda & Kat to organise…Is there any way we can put birthdays on? Christmas Crackers-Sue Miller to organise. She already has the crackers. Barginall bought for £2.50! Tombola’s Own clothes day for chocolate/sweets/hampers will be on Friday 20th November Own clothes day for bottles will be on Friday 27 November Hampers Janet will make them up. Selection boxes for Santa’s Grotto-Could Sue and Lisa get them please.
