If you have chosen a day and cancel it you will still be charged.  Youth Club - Places are limited. Please book through the correct booking procedure and pay in advance, do not just turn up on the day or attempt to book after the closing date.

CLOSING DATE: 12 noon on 6th October 2015 Closing Date additional note: Please help us by returning your booking before the closing date. We have very limited resources and, due to limited funding, staff are all part time.

Sending your booking in late has a massive impact on us and late bookings will no longer be given priority.

FUN, GAMES AND CIRCUS WORKSHOP Windchimesm, Reynolds Close, Herne Bay CT6 6DS

Monday 26th October 2-4pm £5 per child This session is for all disabled children and their siblings Come and try plate spinning, diabolos, fun wheels and mini stilts! There will also be crafts, parachute game, scarfs and other sensory items, balloon modelling and use of soft play, sensory room and garden. We will also get out our extensive range of specialist toys from our Toy Lending Library.

Note: Parents/carers are responsible for supervising their children.

Thursday 29th October Tyler Hill Memorial Hall, Summer Lane, Tyler Hill, Canterbury, CT2 9NH 3.00pm – 5.30pm Come and join SNAAP for a spooky time with disco and games provided by Emporium Parties.

Additional car parking will be available and changing table.

For all ages and abilities (wheelchair accessible) £5.00 per child Includes Jacket Potatoes with choice of toppings (baked beans, cheese or tuna), please note special dietary requirements on booking form.

All family and friends welcome, the more the merrier!

Mini-Bus Short Breaks Staff have training and experience to look after all disabilities and provide your child with the care they require. Parents do not attend.

Your child will be picked up from home but you can choose the option to drop your child to Windchimes by 9am and collect at 4pm.

Children must: live in the Canterbury District; be aged 8-18 years old (up to 18th Birthday) and be in the receipt of DLA (proof required, please send copy with your booking) £15.00 per child per day (Payment due after place has been offered) Tue 27th – Blue Wave Hydrotherapy - suitable for all abilities Wed 28th -Soft Play Centre – suitable for all abilities (hoisting/changing facilities available) Thurs 29th – Ice Skating - suitable for all abilities (wheelchairs can go on ice!)

Youth Holiday Scheme

At Whitstable Youth & Community Centre (blue building opposite the bowling alley) For disabled children aged 11+ (parents do not stay) Includes pool table, computers, games consoles, crafts and outside play.

10am-2pm £10 10am-2pm £10 4-8pm – bowling and pizza £15

followed by: Friday 30th, 8pm–10am -Sleepover for young people aged 13+ £30 (inc. snacks & breakfast) Please note: Please note any special dietary requirements on the booking form.

Parents do not stay with their children.
