Duties and responsibilities Deliver swimming lessons to children in accordance with the National Curriculum within the SHARES Swim Project.

confidence within the water. ď ś To deliver high quality lessons to all SHARES primary schools and assess the progress of each child in liaison with the Swim Manager. ď ś To identify children who are gifted and talented within swimming and help to provide opportunities for them to develop their skills further.
