Duties and responsibilities Deliver swimming lessons to children in accordance with the National Curriculum within the SHARES Swim Project. (a) Core duties

 To deliver the SHARES Swim Project lesson plans to ensure each child leaves school being able to meet the National Curriculum targets as a minimum.  To deliver a range of opportunities for children including competitions and after school clubs.  To deliver innovative ways to engage with non-swimmers and help to develop their confidence within the water.

ď ś To deliver high quality lessons to all SHARES primary schools and assess the progress of each child in liaison with the Swim Manager. ď ś To identify children who are gifted and talented within swimming and help to provide opportunities for them to develop their skills further. ď ś To deliver quality swimming lessons to children with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities, ensuring they have an inclusive swimming provision.
