There are only 18 school days left until the end of term which finishes on Wednesday 22nd July and we still have a lot of learning, fixtures and visits to fit in! The teachers are very busy writing your child’s annual report, which should be with you on Friday 10th July. If you would like to discuss anything in the reports, the teachers will be available for consultation on Monday 20th July.

As always, if you have any praise, worries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with me and I will be happy to help.

New Reception Intake It was lovely to welcome our new children into school today. They enjoyed their first learning experience and had a school dinner too. Mr Hedges also spoke to all the parents about what to expect at the start of the school year. School starts back on Wednesday 2nd September.

School Uniform We have noticed that some of the children are not wearing correct uniform. Please can we ask that you follow this guidance: Girls:  Grey or black skirt, trousers or pinafore dress  White blouse or polo shirt  School blue cardigan or jumper  White socks or grey tights  Black shoes (no heel) Boys:  Grey or black trousers or shorts  White shirt or polo shirt  School blue cardigan or jumper  White socks  Black shoes (no trainers) The children need to wear smart shoes and not trainers or crocs.

Moving up Day All the children will be meeting their new teachers on Tuesday 14th July.

Summer Fete Don’t forget if you have any jumble, cakes, tombola prizes or bric-a-brac for the summer fete, please drop them into the school.

Year 6 - Rounders Tournament Some pupils from Year 6 are attending a Rounders Tournament in Lowestoft on Monday 29th June with Mr Hunt. Please ensure permission slips are returned to the school office.

Bewilderwood Year 4 and Year 5 will be going on a visit to Bewilderwood on Tuesday 8th July. Please ensure reply slips and any money are returned to the office as soon as possible.
