Summer Fair 19 June 2015 6-8pm Raffle Prizes PTA have contacts for Bacci (Harwood), Fairclough’s Butchers, B4U Beauty Salon, Escape Hairdressers. Lisa Pollitt has offered to sort raffle prizes, ask locally etc. Apologies from Heidi Adamson who can’t help on the night due to another commitment. Amanda Hodgson & Jay Tillotson to run the craft stall Neil Roberts to investigate ‘flashing’ toys to sell NO EXTERNAL STALLS this time Heidi and Lisa to get tuck shop items. Amanda Crowther to ask Michaela for a list of what she usually buys.
Ask sports coaches who come into school if they can do goalie games on the field. BBQ- same as last year Bran Tub-ask Sarah Turner for a list/info about what she usually does. Gillian and Loraine to source prizes and to ask Julie Markland. Letter to go to parents this week asking for helpers and with details of own clothes days etc coming up before the fair.
