Children developed their problem solving skills through solving a range of mathematical challenges, problems and puzzles. All classes took part in ‘The Pirate’s Challenge’ after Captain Richard Morgan descended on our school when his ship was marooned in Skelmersdale after a Time Tornado hit the Caribbean. He needed the help of our children to solve some Maths problems that would help him get home. Luckily he came to the right school and we were able to get him back home safely.
