Wacky Socks Day Thank you for your support. We raised £43.02. Thank you for your support. School Photographs If you would like to buy your child’s photo, please return the envelope, with appropriate payment, as soon as possible. If you do not want to purchase the photo, please return all unwanted proofs. Many we remind parents and carers not to post any class photos on social media, as individual internet permission is required for each pupil. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Red Noses Red Noses are now on sale in school for £1 each. This year, noses are being sold in sealed bags – if your child is lucky enough to get a golden nose, there is very special prize! Parents Evening Parents Evening for the whole school will be on Thursday 12th March from 3.30pm to 7.00pm. Please make sure you return the letter as soon as possible, so that you get your required time slot.

This year at Moor Hey, the School Council is holding its first 'Gurning' competition - a quaint Lancashire tradition that sees folk pulling weird and wonderful faces in aid of charity. It costs just £1 to enter and also includes an excellent Punch and Judy show at the end of the school day. We'd also appreciate a further pound to contribute to Comic relief as well. Thanks in anticipation of your generosity. Special Lunches We have the following special lunches coming up: Friday 13th March – Red Nose Day – Cheesy tomato Pasta or mini-meatball Sub. Friday 27th March – Easter lunch – Roast Pork or Vegetable Casserole. Lunches are £2.20. Please complete the special lunch forms if your child would like to have these lunches.
